DMR /LMR/TETRA Band Selective Power Repeater
The EMTS Telecom Services DMR /TETRA 400MHz Band selective Repeaters (BDA) provide an excellent solution to the problem of poor signal coverage for outdoor coverage extension and in- building coverage, e.g., underground, tunnels & subways along with low traffic areas such as suburbs and villages, confined spaces such as hospitals, market place ,and basement. Using the Repeater, the DMR or TETRA service provider can quickly expand a base station's service area by filling in coverage holes caused by terrain, buildings, or tunnels. The Repeater amplifies the signals from the DMR/TETRA handset and base stations and can be used in dead areas where service is poor. Using a coaxial cable, the Repeater is connected to an outdoor 'donor' antenna. The donor antenna transmits signals from mobile phones and receives signals from the BTS. The EMTS power repeater is a cost-effective and practical solution for extending signal coverage. The unit includes an optional wireless modem to support the remote and an optional monitoring system with advanced NMS SW.
