EMTS Telecom Services 400MHz Indoor and Outdoor Fiber DAS for Public Safety & Civilian Applications Improving LTE/TETRA coverage areas using an outdoor distributed antenna system (O-DAS) An Indoor or outdoor DAS transmits a wireless signal similar to an in-building system. The network includes nodes strategically placed on existing infrastructure, such as utility poles, streetlights, traffic signals, and others, every couple of kilometers within the coverage area. The nodes are connected to a hub via fiber optic cable. The hub usually contains head-end equipment and the service provider’s Base Transceiver Station (BTS). Other I-DAS (In-Building DAS or In Tunnel DAS) and the O-DAS (Outdoor DAS) applications for Tunnels, Airports, Buildings, campuses, stadiums, or communities that need LTE/TETRA/Motorola Capacity Max service. EMTS Telecom Services offers its customers superior I-DAS and O-DAS technology on time and within budget! We work closely with our customers, leading VARs, service providers, and system integrators. Our solutions allow our customers to increase LTE/TETRA/Motorola Capacity Max coverage and capacity by installing necessary nodes, antennas, and fiber optic cabling on existing infrastructure. Although towers have greater coverage areas, large buildings, rough terrain, and distance from a tower can result in poor service. With O-DAS, antennas are installed in multiple locations to guarantee strong connections for everyone, regardless of location.
